DMS students will have the opportunity to join the CHASE program this spring through the YMCA! This program is all about positive ways to deal with peer pressure, conflict and managing emotions.
Meetings will be on Mondays and Wednesdays after school until 5pm starting on Monday, March 9th. Applications are available in the office this week and are due back by Friday.

First year for Driver Middle School sixth grade band. Wow! Huge participation. Great job sixth graders! Go Hawks!
We had a lot of fun celebrating National FFA week! Students were able to participate in a variety of games during lunch this week including noodle races, pantyhose knockdown, and the half gallon challenge.
Throughout the week students were also able to dress up and make donations to the Riley Children’s Hospital, and we raised over $200 total! The 7th graders brought in the most donations overall and will get to enjoy some cupcakes in the near future! 🧁

Congratulations to these spellers who competed tonight in the County Spelling Bee! Aiden Mendenhall, Emily Leavell, and Andy Toney represented DMS. The county champion for the second year in a row was Andy Toney!
