2025 -2026 School Year

ONLINE ENROLLMENT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - CLICK HERE!

ENROLLMENT OPENS TUESDAY, APRIL 15th.  (Returning student snapcode emails and letters will be sent out on this date.)

ONLINE ENROLLMENT LINK OPTIONS:

  • RETURNING STUDENTS -  Click here to enroll a RETURNING student.

    • If your student was enrolled at RCSC on April 1 of the 24-25 school year, you will want to enroll using this option, which will have some information pre-populated for you. 

      • You should have received an email or letter containing your child's 'snapcode' as well. 

      • If you did not receive an email or letter:

        • before June 5 or after July 14, please call or email your building secretary and they can provide that code to you.  

        • between June 5 and July 14, you may email residency@randolphcentral.us to request your snapcode

        • NOTE: Building offices will be closed for the summer beginning June 6 and returning on July 14.

      • IMPORTANT NOTE:  This IS a separate login from your PS Parent Portal, but if you used our online registration portal last year, you should have an account already. 

  • NEW STUDENTS -  Click here to enroll a NEW student.

    • If you are brand new to Randolph Central or have a student who has attended RCSC in the past, but withdrew prior to the end of the 24-25 school year, you will want to choose this option.        

Note: If you are unable to upload documents in the enrollment portal, you may email them to residency@randolphcentral.us or bring them in to your building office after July 14, 2025.

OTHER IMPORTANT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION:

  1. If registering online from home, parents do not need to come to the school.

  2. If a parent feels he/she needs assistance he/she can go to the child’s school.

Enrollment hours listed on July 18th and 21st are for those parents wishing to come to school to use a school device to complete the online enrollment process.

Friday, July 18, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Monday, July 21, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
