This affects the spectator attendance at Winchester Community High School and Driver Middle School home athletic events. Starting today each WCHS/DMS player and cheerleader participating will receive 2 tickets per game to distribute to his/her family.

Randolph Central will be providing free Grab n’ Go lunch next week, Nov. 16-20th. Each sack will contain a free lunch combined with breakfast food for the next morning at five locations:
1. The STEPs in Ridgeville
2. The Saratoga City Building
3. Driver Middle School (Door #1)
4. The front of Baker Elementary
5. The front of Willard Elementary
Lunches will be available from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday through Friday. ALL children 18 years of age and under can eat free. Please make arrangements to visit one of the five locations.

Randolph Central has received $100,000 to increase connectivity between students and teachers as part of Component 1 of the GEER Grant Award from the Governor's office. As part of Component 2 of the same grant Randolph Central will work with CIESC, CELL, and the Rural Early College Network to increase our capacity in meeting the social/emotional needs of students as well as enhancing digital instruction. Your student's fees are now available to pay online. Please log into your PowerSchool account and click the blue eFunds link on the Balance page. You will have to create an account. You will need your student's 4 digit number which is located at the top of your dashboard in Powerschool. You may also access eFunds from the school website. Please remember to pay your chromebook insurance fees!

Online registration is still open for Randolph Central families! You should have received an email or a letter with the “snapcodes'' you need to register your child(ren). If you have not, please call your child’s school on Monday, the secretary has the “snapcodes” you need to register.
Once you have the “snapcodes,” go to any of our school websites and click on MENU at the top of the page and then choose ONLINE REGISTRATION to navigate to our online registration page.
Parents of new students and kIndergarteners just go to the ONLINE REGISTRATION page and click the “Enroll New Student Link.”
On Monday, July 27 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM all our schools will be open if you need assistance. You will not need to visit multiple schools. You can register all of your students from one location. For social distancing and to prevent large numbers from showing up at the same time please call ahead to schedule a time.
If you are coming to the school to register, pursuant to the Governor’s Order, please wear a mask.
We request that only one parent enter the school to register if possible. Your students do not need to be present for you to register them.
Please complete the registration process by 10:00 PM, Monday, July 27th so that we have all the information we need to make the decisions necessary to start the school year.

When you sign into online registration you are setting up a registration account that is separate from the Parent Portal.
Parents of returning students that previously set up a PowerSchool Parent Portal account should have received an email on July 19th with the “snapcodes” you need to register your student(s).
Parents of returning students that have NOT set up a PowerSchool Parent Portal account will receive a letter in the mail with the “snapcodes” you need to register your student(s). The letter is being mailed to you on July 20, 2020.
If you do not receive an email or a letter by the end of the day Wednesday, July 22nd, call your child’s school. The secretary has the “snapcodes” you need to register your student(s).
Once you have the “snapcodes,” go to any of our school websites and click on MENU at the top of the page and then choose ONLINE REGISTRATION to navigate to our online registration page. You are ready to begin registering your child from home.

The Governor issued an Executive Order today closing all K-12 schools and requiring each school to continue an extended learning plan that includes 160 student days. Randolph Central will continue eLearning Days on Mon., Tues., & Thurs. of each week. More info coming soon.

RCSC will provide grab & go lunches to kids 18 and under beginning Tuesday, 3/17/20 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at three locations: Ridgeville STEPS (210 S. Walnut), Saratoga City Building (107 N. Barber), and Driver M.S. (Door 1, 700 Union St., Winchester). Students must be present.

Randolph Central School Corporation eLearning Days will begin on Monday, March 30, 2020. More details will be released next week on how eLearning days will be implemented.
School offices will be open next week for parents/guardians who need to pick up their child’s medication.

Falcon youth baseball is having their All-Star tryouts this Saturday Feb. 22nd. The 8U division will be from 11:00am-12:30pm. The 10U and 12U division will be from 12:30pm-2pm. Both will be in the DMS GYM during that time. Please bring your glove, bat, no cleats.

There will be a Parent/Guardian Chromebook meeting held in each of our three elementary schools this coming week. You may attend any one of the meetings that fits your schedule regardless of which school your student attends. These meetings are designed for parents/guardians, not students. The purpose is informational only. No Chromebooks will be issued at these meetings.
